1. SalesTrainingOnline.com - Terms of Access and Intellectual Property Rights
Use of this website and the rights to the design, pictures, logos and content of this website are the exclusive property of SOCA Management Consultants Limited. “SalesTrainingOnline.com” is a trademark of SOCA Management Consultants Limited and all intellectual property rights are protected. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, store, post or transmit (or purport to authorise the same) any part of this site or any of its contents directly or indirectly, without the express written permission of SOCA Management Consultants Limited.
2. SalesTrainingOnline.com – Prices
All of our prices are quoted and charged in UK Sterling at the point of purchase. Euro and USA dollar prices, where shown, are a guideline and will be converted to UK Sterling at the prevailing exchange rate when an online purchase is completed. All online purchase receipts will show the exact amount charged in UK Sterling. The prices quoted are inclusive of 17.5% Value Added Tax. We use Barclays Bank plc’s “epdq” service to process Credit and Debit Card transactions. Our exchange rates are clearly shown at point of purchase and updated regularly in line with Barclays Bank plc's exchanges rates at the prevailing time.
3. SalesTrainingOnline.com - Conditions of Sale and Delivery
Individual candidates or organisations acting on behalf of candidates are required to purchase the SalesTrainingOnline.com modules prior to watching them. This may be done by either entering valid credit or debit card details at the time of purchase or by pre-paying for modules by setting up a corporate account directly with SOCA Management Consultants Limited.
Single Module Purchases
All single modules purchased by the candidate may solely be accessed by the candidate for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase, using the login and password details generated by the SalesTrainingOnline.com system. Multiple modules may be purchased at the same time with each purchase being treated as a single module purchase. At the end of the 30 day period, module access will automatically expire and no further access will be available for that specific module purchase. Any modules purchased may be accessed as many times as required during the 30 days, provided that they are accessed solely for the personal use of the candidate.
Once payment is made successfully and the SalesTrainingOnline.com system has generated the login and password no refund will be made, regardless of whether the candidate has accessed the module(s), except at the absolute disrection of SOCA Management Consultants Limited Directors. In the event that the SalesTrainingOnline.com system is unavailable to the candidate for more than twelve hours within a twenty-four period, one additional day will be added to the original expiry date for the module, per twelve hour unavailability within the 30 day period. Any unavailability as a direct result of system malfunction must be brought to the attention of SOCA Management Consultants Limited in writing, within the 30 day period of access. Client support and service including any complaints will only be dealt with by e-mails sent to support@soca.co.uk. A response to each e-mail will normally be provided within 2 working days.
Corporate Accounts
Where an organisation purchases a “corporate licence” for usage of the SalesTrainingOnline.com modules from SOCA Management Consultants Limited the terms of access will be specifically defined within the licence, however in its absence all terms set out within these Terms and Conditions of Business will apply.
4. SalesTrainingOnline.com – Disclaimer
SOCA Management Consultants Limited does not give any warranty or other assurance as to the operation, quality or functionality of the SalesTrainingOnline.com modules. SOCA Management Consultants Limited staff and its associates reserve the right not to discuss the content of any module with the candidate or organisation.
SOCA Management Consultants Limited does not give any warranty or other assurance as to the content of any information available through SalesTrainingOnline.com, its accuracy, completeness, timelessness or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the full extent permissible by law, SOCA Management Consultants Limited disclaims all responsibility for any damages or losses (including, without limitation, financial loss, damages for loss in business projects, loss of profits or other consequential losses) arising in contract, tort or otherwise from the use of SalesTrainingOnline.com or any material referred to in the modules, or from any action or decision taken as a result of using SalestrainingOnline.com materials.
All of our employee comments, whether written or verbal, are also covered by this disclaimer.
5. salestrainingonline.com – Refunds
SOCA Management Consultants Limited is unable to make refunds once an on-line order has been completed, except in the exceptional circumstances detailed within these terms and conditions and expressly at the discretion of its Directors.
6. salestrainingonline.com - Receipts, billing and settlement
Our only receipt is the one provided on-line at the time of ordering therefore it is important that clients print and/or save these receipts. Any errors should be raised with us by e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the on-line receipt. SOCA will endeavour to rectify any such mistakes within 48 hours of receiving an appropriate request from a client.
7. salestrainingonline.com – Legal and Arbitration
Our Terms and Conditions do not affect our clients’ statutory rights under the following English Consumer Law:
the Sale of Goods Act 1979;
the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982;
the Consumer Credit Act 1974;
the Trade Descriptions Act 1968;
the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and the 1994 Regulations;
the Consumer Protection Act 1987,
and we operate under the Laws of England and Wales .
The validity, construction and performance of this contract shall be governed by the Law of England and Wales and any dispute that may arise out of or in connection with this contract including its validity, construction and performance shall be determined by arbitration under the Rules of the London Court of Arbitration at the date hereof, which Rules with respect to matters not regulated by them incorporate the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. The parties agree that service of any notices in reference to such arbitration at the addresses as given in the contract shall be valid and sufficient.
8. salestrainingonline.com - Data Protection and Privacy Policy
SOCA Management Consultants Limited adheres strictly to all current Data Protection legislation, including the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not pass client names, addresses or other details to any other organisations for marketing or other purposes.
9. SalesTrainingOnline.com - Company Information
