Managers are informed by email whenever any of their staff either take a training course or an ability test (as well as the test result). As a Certified Training Partner of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (ISMM) all of our online sales training courses are endorsed by them, ensuring that our materials conform to stringent Quality Standards. In fact candidates who take our courses and pass all twenty of the ability tests are awarded a formal Certification in Sales and Marketing, endorsed by the ISMM and printed on their certificates, as a personal qualification for life. This also qualifies candidates for membership of the ISMM itself and the first year's membership fee is paid by us in most cases; it also entitles candidates to use the letters MInstSMM.

Our Ability Tests are developed in strict accordance with Assessment Guidelines issued by the British Psychological Society and we carry both membership and Accreditation in Level A and B certification of competence in Occupational Testing.
